Vintage therapy

Finalmente riesco nuovamente a creare un post decente!.. Infatti da quando mi era scaduta la versione trial di photoshop mi sentivo persa perchè non riuscivo più a lavorare sulle immagini.. ma ieri a seguito di shopping sfrenato ho rimediato!

Oggi invece in giro per Covent Garden ho scovato 3-4 negozi meravigliosi che non avevo mai visto prima e dire che di giri proprio li ne ho fatti parecchi da quando sono a Londra!

Beh qesto è il bello di vivere in una città piena di sorprese!

Uno in particolare mi ha rubato il cuore.. Lucy in Disguise un negozio di abiti vintage lussuosissimi di proprietà di Lily Allen.

Finally I can create a decent post again!..Since the trial version of Photoshop expired i felt lost because i could no longer work on any images.. but yesterday, after some crazy shopping i solved my problem!

Today, however, around Covent Garden, i found 3-4 shops i had never seen before!

Well that's the beauty of living in a city full of surprises!

One in particular stole my heart.. Lucy in Disguise, luxurious vintage clothing shop owned by Lily Allen.

Scusate se sembro essere sparita.. sono sempre qui.. sono immersa nella sesta stagione di Dr. House e non riesco a venirne fuori!. Ma tranquilli mi restano solo le due ultime puntate dopodichè tornerò!

Sono indietro con un sacco di cose! Anche con lo studio!! Ma avete presente quando una specie di immobilismo si impossessa di voi?.. ecco quello che mi accade.. trascorro pomeriggi super soporiferi.. ma è un periodo.. passerà!

Devo postare le foto del plumcake che ho fatto la scorsa settimana, le foto del Borough Market e parlarvi di quanto è venuta buona la lasagna di domenica!

Per il resto tutto rimane alquanto immutato.. oltre al fatto che durante il mese di novembre dovrò studiare come non mai se voglio passare l'esame a dicembre!

Quindi care amiche per il momento vi lascio con una foto che ho scattato sabato mattina andando al mercato e vi prometto che tornerò presto!

Sorry if it seems that i have disappeared.. I'm still here.. but i'm deeply absorbed by the Dr House's sixth season and i can't stop it!.. But don't worry i just have two episodes to go and than i'll be back!

I'm late with a lots of things.. even with my studies!!Can you figured out when a kind of inertia takes possession of you?.. That's what is happening to me and so i have been spending long sleepy afternoons. It's a moment.. it is just a passing phase!

I have to post the plumcake's pics that i have baked last week, the Borough Market's pics and talk about how good the sunday lasagna was!

For the rest nothing has changed.. except for the fact that during november i have to study hard if i want to pass the december english exam!

Lo ammetto sono ancora a letto ma fra cinque secondi mi catapulto in doccia perchè voglio assolutamente andare al Borough Market!

Spero di tornare con un bel bottino di foto e roba buona da mangiare!.. per domani ho in programma le lasagne.. quindi mi servono un pò di ingredienti freschi freschi!

The last memory of the summer

E' tardi ma prima di andare a letto volevo pubblicare questo post ma soprattutto queste immagini che ho scattato i primi giorni di settembre sulla costa inglese..

Come si stava bene quel giorno.. ricordo che sono rimasta delle ore seduta su quella panchina di fronte l'immensa spiaggia di Poole!

Con queste foto dico definitivamente addio all'estate.. direi che sono anche fuori tempo massimo!

Quindi godetevi il sole che ho cercato di racchiudere in queste immagini.

Today London is gray and rainy..this kind of weather makes me desire only to go to bed under a warm blanket!

Ciao ragazze!.. Come è andato il vostro week end?.. Il mio non è stato niente di speciale.. tant'è che il mio proposito di andare in giro a fare un pò di foto è svanito almeno fino a ieri pomeriggio quando finalmente ci siamo fatti un giro per Liverpool Street!

Ho trovato qualche scorcio da fotografare.. più avanti vi mostrerò le foto!

Per il resto siamo rimasti quasi tutto il tempo a casa visto che Mark sta combattendo contro l'influenza!.. Stanotte ho dormito poco visto che ho dovuto ascoltare lui lamentarsi tutto il tempo!!

Hello there!.. How was your week end?.. Sincerely mine was nothing special.. I took only a few photos yesterday afternoon when we went to Leverpool Street!

I found some nice corner to photograph.. I will publish them later.

For the rest of the time we spent almoust all the week end at home because Mark is fighting the flu.

Last night I didn't sleep well because he was complaining all night long!

Christmas Fair

So che è ancora presto per parlare di Natale.. ma vedrete che come ogni anno arriverà in men che non si dica!

In realtà volevo suggerirvi un appuntamento da non perdere nel caso vi capitasse di trovarvi a Londra dal 10 al 14 Novembre.

In questi giorni ci sarà la Christmas Fair organizzata dal Country Living Magazine presso il Business Design Center di Londra.

Per mia fortuna questa location si trova a poche fermate di autobus da casa mia.. ci passo davanti ogni mattina per andare a scuola e si trova nella zona di Angel, un bellissimo quartiere dove un giorno spero di trovare casa (.. peccato sia una zona 1 e quindi quasi inarrivabile!).

Hello girls!..I know it is still early to talk about Christmas.. but it always comes sooner than we think!

If you are in London between the 10th and the 14th of November, I recommend visiting the Country Living Magazine's Christmas Fair which is going to be held in the Business Design Center.

Luckily this location is in Angel, a beautiful area close to my house where one day I'd like to live (shame that its in zone 1 and so too expensive!!).

Quindi che altro dire?.. Vi aspetto!! ;O)
